As a dedicated and passionate team leader, I specialize in product strategy, production management and risk mitigation, from initial ideation through planning and resourcing to execution and delivery. I constantly strive to build the impossible, orchestrate development in a creatively and financially successful production while leading teams in creative “missions to the moon” and back. Having spent many years as a developer, I absolutely love working with industry leading talent in striving to create memorable games in challenging game spaces. At Riot, I have worked across the entertainment spectrum- ranging from traditional to highly experimental mediums, from linear storytelling to emergent interactive spaces. I am currently serving as the executive producer and game lead for a new R&D game in development.
Upon transitioning to the video game industry, I have worked on acclaimed franchises God of War, Call of Duty, and Medal of Honor.
I have supervised development teams from inception and day one development to over 150 internal staff and contractors across numerous technological and creative disciplines, while working with executive studio management and external partners to instill a successful development production.
I also have extensive operational experience in implementing agile production methodologies, including team migration, integration and iteration.
